Hi I know it's a slightly/Whopping great bit early, but I wanted to stick some poetry here. So Here is Salad Anniversaryvby Machi Tawara (Translation: Juliet Winters Carpenter)
It's never too early for me, my friend, and how happy I am that you're participating this year! It wasn't quite the same when you were "on sabbatical." I have Salad Anniversary as well, from NetGalley, and I'm glad you reminded me of it. I'd like to add it to my stack, and then we can properly discuss it (i.e. you can explain the tricky bits).
Hi Bellezza, Here is my official first post, hopefully the first of many.
A poetry post, as promised.
Bellezza, I have a good book in mind for this challenge. Please stay tuned for my brief review.
Suko, I'm looking forward to what you've chosen as well as your review!
Dear Bellezza,Apologies for not participating during the first two months. I'm still very much interested in this challenge. Currently reading The Sound of Waves by Yukio Mishima and I'm aiming to have a review up by the next two weeks max.
This one's been a long time coming, as I've had the book for quite a while now
So clearly I'm an idiot who double-posted... Is there a way to remove the first link on this Mister Linky?
If you figure it out could you post how to do it?
Finally moved and finally got my post up for 1Q84!
Somehow after leaving the correct link, Mr. Linky also left a link to a Paris in July post. Sorry. The "removal" tool doesn't work either. But I did enjoy reading a Japanese short novel for the challenge!
Hello Meredith, I added my name to the Japanese Literary Challenge 9I am reading " Death by water " by Kenzaburo Oe ( a NetGalley ARC ) and later " The sound of waves " by Yukio Mishima.
One by I favourite & yet neglected author of mine.
Bellezza, I'm sorry about the double links! The first one (#61) doesn't work; please feel free to remove it. Thank you very much for hosting this fantastic reading challenge!
